Yeah.

Yeah.

Why? 
You want to focus on something else and if you have to go to the hospital to get stitches then that is easier to focus on that, than on something that can't be solved.

Can't you focus on painting or writing or something else? 
If I could have I would have. I'm doing really well compared to a few years ago. It's that same thing with addicts and alcoholics,
you can't just focus on something else, that's not how it works. 

Are you and addict?
Well... I'm self destructive, I always have been and I am addicted to my self destruction.
